International Outdoor Korfball Tournament U19 / U21

​Following in the footsteps of the International (Indoor) Korfball Tournament Stadskanaal, driven by its great success and long-standing tradition, the outdoor edition was born in 2023. Welcome to the International Outdoor Korfball Tournament for U21 & U19 teams! What started as a one-time event to celebrate the club’s 50th anniversary has quickly grown into a annual tournament of its own.

This year, the tournament reaches its fourth edition, taking place on Saturday, 29 August 2026, and once again promises an unforgettable experience for korfball players of every level.

​

International club teams can sign up to compete with their U21 squads, while teams from the Netherlands are welcome to play with a maximum average team age of 19, ensuring fair and competitive matches for everyone.

​

In recent years, teams from Germany, Hungary, and the Netherlands have already joined us on our traditional grass field—a surface on which many korfball-playing countries rarely compete.

​

The experience doesn’t end when the final whistle blows. Teams are welcome to stay one or more nights on our field, where camping in tents is free of charge. With breakfast, a barbecue, games and music, the evening turns into a great party! Only a small fee is requested to cover the breakfast and barbecue.
